RENTAL CONDITIONS

Payment: a 30% deposit of the rental amount is required at the time of booking. The remaining 70% is payable upon arrival.
A security deposit of €100 is required and will be refunded after an inspection of the apartment, which will take place on the day of departure.
The rental price includes water, electricity, weekly supply of bed linen and towels, and final cleaning.

Weekend stays are available only during low season and for a minimum stay of 2 nights (please request prices and quotations).

For holidays and public holiday periods, the minimum stay is 3 nights (please request prices and quotations).

Arrival: after 4:00 PM and no later than 8:00 PM for weekly stays; no later than 8:00 PM for weekend stays.

Departure: by 10:00 AM for weekly stays; by 6:00 PM for weekend stays.

Number of guests: accommodation for more people than the number of beds available in the apartment is not permitted (€10 per night for each additional bed).
