The main activity of the farm is the organic breeding of Chianina cattle, one of the most representative excellences of the Italian territory. The farm includes around 120 breeding cows and 4 bulls from the ANABIC genetic centre, a benchmark for the selection and preservation of the Chianina breed.
Animal welfare is one of the central elements of the company philosophy. The cattle live in large natural spaces and have access to grazing land for most of the year, following a breeding cycle that respects natural rhythms and environmental balance. Pregnant cows, breeding groups, heifers and young females are managed in suitable environments that support health, fertility and breeding quality.
The farm's land, cultivated according to organic methods, produces forage and cereals intended exclusively for animal feed. A sustainable and controlled production cycle that enhances the territory of Lake Bolsena while guaranteeing quality, naturalness and environmental respect.
