Rental policy

Payment: 30% of the rent is to be payed at the moment of booking. The remaining 70% may be payed on your arrival.
The caution amounts to € 100. It will be given back at the end of the sojourn
Rental price includes water, electricity, weekly change of linen and final cleaning.

Extra charges:

- heating
- laundry
- extra changes of linen

Arrival: between 4 pm and 8 pm
Departure: by 10 am
Number of beds: we cannot allow the number of persons staying in a hause to be higher than the number of beds initially stated.
The rate for an extra bed is € 10 per night
Baby cot and high chair: available upon request
